Crystal Evans started her career at the Marriott International. She was employed at 3 different hotels over a span of 10 years. During her career at the Marriott, she managed food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, and lounges.
In the late 90′s, Crystal took her experience to Planet Hollywood Honolulu to further her career as the Assistant General Manager. She remained there for 3 years then moved to California to become a General Manager in many other restaurants before moving back to Hawaii.
Crystal is married with 3 beautiful daughters. She enjoys party planning, event planning, food, wine, hiking, snow boarding, kickboxing, and the ocean.
